Bookable Rooms Galleries Catering Conference Room The museum boasts an accessible conference space, suitable for a range of events and meetings. The space is kitted out with a large screen ready for presentations and integrated camera and microphone system for video conferencing. With a range of room layouts, equipment and catering options, we can ensure your day goes off without a hitch. For a seated event, delivered theatre style, the space can seat a maximum of 35. Our large, antique conference table can seat 14, with additional round tables accommodating a further 12. If guests will be standing and mingling, we can welcome up to 60 guests. Half day hire: £95 Full day hire: £150 We've got a range of tables and seating options to meet your needs. Education Suite Our spacious Education Suite is the perfect venue for anything from a business meeting to a training course, hosting exercise class or a birthday party. With a range of seating options and a large, movable screen, we are ready to modify the space to your specifications. This area benefits from direct access to the museum grounds. Why not take a break from proceedings and enjoy a catered lunch on our private outdoor patio? Half day hire: £85 Full day hire: £125 There are plenty of options to suit your event in our bright and welcoming Education Suite. Meeting Room Are you conducting an interview or meeting up with clients? Why not book our meeting room. With enough seating for four to five attendees and access to a break room, this is the perfect choice when you need a change of scenery. Please be aware that this space is located on the first floor. Access is via a flight of stairs and there is no lift. Half day hire: £55 Full day hire: £80 Our upstairs meeting room benefits from whiteboards to visualise your ideas. Book the Museum Need more space and looking for an unusual venue? Why not book the whole museum for your event? We can host your trade show, expo, conference or gathering across our spacious modern display spaces. We can guarantee exclusive entry for your guests, use of a large drop screen, PA system and access to the additional spaces listed above for breakout sessions. Our dramatic galleries are roomy enough for stalls and display stands. Making your presentation, flanked by our enormous armoured vehicles and aircraft, will certainly make for a memorable occasion. Catering Options Tea, coffee and biscuits for your guests are provided as standard for any booking on arrival. For something more substantial, a range of delicious options can be provided by Crown’s Café from their onsite kitchens. If you are looking to sit down for a meal during your event please let us know when you make your booking. Together we can agree a tasty, seasonal menu within your price range.
